Townsend Will Oversee the Organization’s Technology Practice, Developing Integrated Digital Solutions for Clients that Leverage Real-Time Data to Deliver Personalized Marketing at Scale
DALLAS – Dec. 15, 2016– Epsilon®, a global leader in creating connections between people and brands, today announced that Wayne Townsend has been promoted to President, Technology.
Townsend, who joined Epsilon in 2014 and most recently served as Managing Director, Digital Delivery, will now report to Epsilon/Conversant Chief Executive Officer, Bryan Kennedy, and will lead the global sales, client services and delivery teams that support Epsilon’s CRM, email, loyalty, digital experience, strategy and insights core offerings. His team will be responsible for driving revenue growth through integrated product and service offerings that combine Epsilon’s industry-leading digital messaging and loyalty engagement platforms, Agility HarmonyTM and Agility LoyaltyTM, with Epsilon’s unmatched strategic customer experience services. His organization will be focused on continuing to improve Epsilon’s delivery excellence and speed-to-market for clients.
