Industry veteran to oversee Agency practice, providing next-generation integrated marketing solutions to brands
Chicago – September 26, 2016– Epsilon®, a global leader in creating connections between people and brands, today announced that Richard McDonald has been promoted to President, Agency.
McDonald, who joined Epsilon in 2012, will now report to Epsilon/Conversant Chief Executive Officer Bryan Kennedy, and will lead the Agency practice globally. McDonald’s first objective includes further building out of a world-class creative team, a client-centric account management team and a team of marketing strategists. Under his leadership, the Agency practice will focus on continued growth, on the heels of recent agency of record wins including Del Monte and Nature’s Way, which McDonald led as SVP of Strategy and Growth.

McDonald will remain based out of Epsilon’s Chicago office. Prior to Epsilon, McDonald was founding partner at TimeZoneOne, an agency launched in New Zealand that later expanded to London and Chicago.
