PLANO, TX – August 3, 2017 – Epsilon®, an Alliance Data (NYSE: ADS) company, today announced it has signed a multiyear renewal agreement with Guideposts, a national nonprofit organization and publisher of faith-based content. Epsilon has been providing comprehensive database marketing services for Guideposts since 2012 with the goal of growing the organization’s constituent and subscriber base, as well as improving cross-channel engagement and working together to expand Guideposts’ mission.
Originally founded in 1945 by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, author of landmark bestseller The Power of Positive Thinking, Guideposts is committed to providing hope, encouragement and inspiration through magazines, books, online newsletters, a prayer network, digital communities and outreach programs. The organization’s flagship magazine, Guideposts, has a total adult audience of 5 million, with the Guideposts brand reaching millions of people around the world.
Under the terms of the multiyear renewal agreement, Epsilon will continue to host and manage Guideposts’ database of prospects, subscribers and donors. The robust database solution will support constituent segmentation efforts that enable Guideposts to engage prospects, subscribers and donors with more relevant and personalized information and offers. The database will allow Guideposts to more effectively target these audiences through marketing channels such as direct mail and email. Additionally, Epsilon will enhance Guideposts’ marketing database and campaign solution, making it easier to reach target audiences in the moments that matter via advanced segmentation and modeling.
